Refund Timeline & Policy

Effective Date: 03/08/2025

JK Ventures follows a strict quality check before dispatch. As our machines are custom-built and made to order:

• Refunds are not applicable after confirmation and commencement of production.

• Cancellation before production starts may be subject to a deduction of administrative charges.

• Returns are only accepted in case of transit damage, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photos/videos.

• Refund processing time is 7–10 working days after validation and approval, for eligible cases.
