By engaging with JK ventures, whether through purchases, distribution, or service agreements, you agree to the following:

• Product warranties are as per written agreements and vary by model.

• Payment terms must be honored as per invoice agreements (e.g., 50% advance, 50% before dispatch).

• Customizations may be offered but are subject to feasibility and additional cost.

• Ownership of the product is transferred only after full payment is received.

• Zefender is not liable for misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party servicing.

Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.
